Paediatric First Aid is a one day Emergency First Response Care for Children course which is designed to teach people life saving skills with relation to children and infants.

This course is ideal for both parents with children, childcare facilities or anyone who is likely to have to respond to child emergencies.

This course is particularly focused on dealing with accidents that happen to children from new born to eight years old.

This Emergency First Response Care for children course is based on internationally recognised medical guidance for emergency care.

All of our instructors delivering this course are qualified First Aid Instructors.
This course can be tailored to the clients needs.


On successful completion of this course learners are presented with a Childcare First Aid Certificate which is valid for 2 years.


Course Programme:

Infant CPR.

Child CPR.

Conscious Choking Child & Infant

Automated External Defibrillator (ADE) use with children.

Shock Management.

Serious Bleeding Management.

Spinal Injury Management.



Who should attend: Parents or anyone working with infants or children
Duration 1 day
Certification GHSS First Aid Certificate.
Certificate Valid for 2 years.
